To all my customers, I hope this message finds you safe in these difficult times.
After much consideration, I have decided to limit my outside exposure to the barest extent. Consequently, I will be temporarily suspending my listings for the time being but, will be monitoring the situation closely. Once things improve, I will re-open with new items, and more fun things spin and felt. I’ll take this opportunity to re-do some of my pictures, listings and hopefully finish with my brand new website. Sorry for any inconvenience caused by my desition. All pending orders will be prepared and mailed in the next few days.
If you have questions, don’t hesitate to ask, I will be checking messages frequently.
On behalf of BeesyBee fibers, thank you for your understanding.

My name is Patricia and I’m the person behind BeesyBee Fibers. I started as a felter years ago, and as my craft got serious, my fiber stash also started to grow out of proportion!

Shipping Policy

I ship daily Monday through Friday via USPS, however shipping time might be delayed a few days around the holidays, if I’m out of town or if the Post Office is not open due to a holiday. Please make sure to give me your correct shipping address. I will ship to your Etsy address. Please send me a convo if you want a different address to be shipped to.

Note on shipping prices for USA customers: It has been a recent increase on the shipping prices, however, now you can order up to 14 oz (about 3 braids of 4 oz of wool plus 2 oz added for packaging materials) and it will ship fist class anywhere in the US (the cheapest way), of course, refunds will be made if there is any shipping overcharges grater than $1.00. I’m trying to figure out the best way to charge the least amount for shipping, and this seems to be the best way of doing it so far.
PLEASE NOTE: During to the holiday season, many shipping carriers can experience delays. Please be patient in receiving your order. Once the package leaves our studio, the delivery time is out of my hands.

Note of shipping prices for international customers: I ship USPS first class, so far I have shipped to Germany, Australia, Israel, New Zealand, England, Finland, Norway, Canada and all my orders have arrive in a timely manner. It has been a recent increase on the shipping prices. 1 to 8 oz ships for about $13.23, 9oz to 32 oz (2 lb) ships for $21.80 approx of course, refunds will be made if there is any shipping overcharges grater than $1.00.
PLEASE NOTE: During to the holiday season, many shipping carriers can experience delays. Please be patient in receiving your order. Once the package leaves our studio, the delivery time is out of my hands.

Custom, duties and taxes are the buyers responsibility and we cannot be liable for any shipments held or quarantined at the border.

If you prefer to have your parcel insured, please let me know in advance to adjust to the shipping price.

Return Policy

Of course my main goal is that my customers are happy with their purchase. Be sure of your decision before you buy one of my items listed for sale. I will be happy to answer any of your questions before buying a product. Returns are accepted up to 7 days of date of delivery. Buyer will be responsible for the shipping costs. The goods should be returned in the original and unused condition. Refunds will be made via Paypal minus the shipping costs.

Do you combine shipping?

Yes, although shipping prices depends upon location. I’m also refund any shipping overcharges greater than $ 1.50

I have 2 items in cart, and shipping is over $20 to Canada.

Shipping parcels to oversees has been increased this year by the USPS. The prices to mail parcels to Canada are:
1 to 9 oz = $ 9.50
9 to 32 oz (2 lb) = 15.50
32 oz to 48 (3 lb) oz = 23.75

Please note that, when adding items to your cart, the shipping prices might also surpass the prices quoted here, I will send refunds for any shipping overcharges greater than $1.50 after purchasing the shipping label.

Is your wool cruelty-free?

Yes! The Targhee and Merino are from the USA, proudly raised and processed here in our country. The Rambouillet is French from small french farms, processed in the UK and all the other wool are sourced from the UK. None of these places practice mulesing.
Just so you know, stressed sheep won’t produce beautiful fiber.

About marking oversees purchases as a gift

I am required by law to mark custom forms as “merchandise”. Falsifying customs forms is a federal offense and carries a very heavy fine, jail time and loss of my business license so please understand that I will not honor any requests to mark as “gift” – thank you.
